HAS ANYONE ELSE LOOKED AT THE KOISHITE AKUMA HOMEPAGE? BECAUSE DEAR GOD IT IS LIKE A CARICATURE OF ITSELF. Sparkles! Photoshopped fangs! The whole thing (and the whole idea, too, really) looks like some elaborate prank on the rest of fandom. I still can't quite believe it's real.

A few weeks ago I was flipping through my issue of Hyper Hobby or whatever that magasine is called and decided I really wanted some toku toys. I'm still wavering between getting a shodophone or the super-expensive model of Seven (voice recorded by Kawamoto Kunihiro! I KNOW THAT IS A STUPID THING TO GET EXCITED ABOUT BUT IT MATTERS TO ME OKAY) and I still can't decide. Watch me get neither of them because they both get discontinued before I make up my mind. D:

ANYWAY, LOOK WHAT FINALLY ARRIVED. :D :D :D



I tried to take some pictures in active form, but his face is always moving so they always ended up blurry. D: I still don't know what all the buttons do, but I was punching them randomly and he started singing, ahahaha. That was exciting.

Oh and my boost phones! The second one turned out really dark because my camera is stupid.

There was actually a limited edition Softbank phone last year that had a lot of the same features -- only, you know, it actually worked as a phone. If I lived in Japan I'd totally have jumped on that.

I have a feeling this drama would be a lot better (not that it matters; it's a bad idea either way) if it were about Matchy watching this young wayward vampire and his teacher, rather than it being about Yuuma falling in love with his teacher and that annoying, creepy old vampire in the background.

Did you see the preview? Because there was this part where they showed Yuuma and Matchy acting their first scene together, and Yuuma was so nervous and excited and afterward Yuuma was all "omg I did it! my first scene with Matchy-senpai!" -- which would have been adorable, but was mostly just pathetic instead, because all they did was have Yuuma run away and Matchy start walking after him. XD At least I think that's what was going on? My computer couldn't handle the video quality and kept looping.

Matchy randomly accosts (http://pics.livejournal.com/nakchi/pic/000ecrtf) Yuuma and tells him UR NOT DOIN IT RIGHT, and then kidnaps him and tells him UR NOT DOIN IT RIGHT (sorry, no cap), and then Yuuma goes to him for help and he turns Yuuma away. >_>
